Set up your firm

Set up your Kotapay account. You'll need to contact Kotapay and complete the Request for Information for Thomson Reuters Customers form or call
866-431-9926

In Practice CS, select
Setup
, then
Firm
.
Select the
Billing and A/R
tab.
Mark the checkbox for the features you need:
Enable credit card processing
Enable ACH processing
Enable printing invoices to NetClient CS
Select
Setup CS Payment Account
.
Sign in with your NetStaff CS or CS Payment credentials. If you don't have a CS Payment or NetStaff account, select
Create Account
.

CS Payment accounts are free.
If you have a NetStaff CS account, use it to sign in log in to CS Payment. You won't have a separate CS Payment account.
When you create a CS Payment account, you'll receive an account activation email. Once your account is active, return to this screen in Practice CS and select
Setup CS Payment Account
to sign in.

Set up your clients

Process payments

Invoice your client.
Start the payment using the
Receipt & Adjustment Entry
screen.
