Resolve Kotapay communication errors

If you're using Kotapay to process a credit card transaction and get a communication error, the transaction won't complete.

Call Kotapay at 800-378-3328 or sign in to the Kotapay website to check the status of the transaction.

Select Actions
, then Receipt & Adjustment Entry
.

Right-click the transaction, then select Resolve Communications Issue
.

Choose one of the resolutions:

Resolve issue later
.

Kotapay did not receive the transaction and it needs to be resubmitted
.

Kotapay received the transaction and it was declined
.

Kotapay received the transaction and it was accepted
.
