Edit API users

You can edit an API user's password, email address, and status.
Follow these steps to edit an existing API user:
  1. Sign in to SurePrep FileRoom.
    Sign-in screen
  2. Go to
    FileRoom
    , then
    Admin
    .
    Select Admin from the menu
  3. On the
    Admin
     screen, select 
    API
    , then
    User Management
    .
    Select Admin, API, then User Management
  4. Select the
    Edit
    Select the Edit icon
     icon.
  5. Edit
    PASSWORD
    ,
    EMAIL ID
    ,
    STATUS
    .
    Edit the user's records
  6. Select the
    Save
     Save icon icon to save your changes.
    Select the Save icon
