Editability based on status

To keep your firm's client details up-to-date, TaxCaddy offers users the ability to update information saved to a client's record. When editing client records in
Client Management
, a client's connection status in the
Status
column will dictate which fields of their account can be edited by a user at your firm.
In the following table, you'll find TaxCaddy's available statuses and details regarding which information is editable when client profiles fall within each status.
