Editability based on status

To keep your firm's client details up-to-date, TaxCaddy offers users the ability to update information saved to a client's record. When editing client records in
Client Management
, a client's connection status in the
Status
column will dictate which fields of their account can be edited by a user at your firm.

If you require that any of the non-editable fields found below be updated in the client's record, please request your client reach out to the TaxCaddy Support Team at taxcaddy.support@thomsonreuters.com
