Update a client owner

Follow these steps to update a client owner.
  1. Sign in to TaxCaddy.
  2. Go to
    Administrative
    , then select
    CLIENT MANAGEMENT
    .
  3. To update an owner, select the
    Menu
    icon then select
    Edit Client
    .
    Select Edit Client from the client's menu.
  4. On the
    Edit Client
    window, select
    OWNER
    and select the new owner from the dropdown menu.
    Select the new owner from the OWNER menu.
  5. Once you've made your choice, select
    SAVE
    to save your changes.
    Select SAVE after updating the client's owner.
