Core HighQ

Custom Pages/System level dashboards panels
  • Header Section support
    Site admins can add a dedicated header section to Custom Pages and System Dashboards, with support for full‑width or contained background images. Available on both new and existing pages.
  • RSS feed panel
    The existing Classic Dashboard RSS feed panel is now available within Custom Pages, bringing familiar feed functionality into the modern dashboard experience.
  • Quick Links panel
    A new Quick Links panel is available for Custom Pages and System Dashboards, allowing admins to create custom buttons and links to internal or external resources without any CSS coding.
Advanced search in iSheets
Enhanced search filters in iSheets allow users to find and filter records faster and with greater precision directly within the grid, even on large iSheets with 100,000+ records.

Dynamic Approvals
With Dynamic Approval, you can add approvers at runtime based on user or group values stored in iSheet records, alongside static approvers defined in an Approval Template, reducing the need to create and manage multiple approval templates.

Seamless document access after questionnaire completion
Navigate easily to the generated document from the Home page using the option after completing a questionnaire with a single click.

HighQ AI

Introducing HighQ Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server
HighQ Model Context Protocol (MCP) enables MCP‑compatible AI assistants to securely access live HighQ data, including sites, documents, and iSheets, in real time.
With MCP, users can query documents and structured iSheets data together, retrieve relevant information more quickly, and interact with complex legal workflows using natural language. Reduces context switching and manual data exports while improving insight accuracy.

  • Self‑Service Q&A usage report
    A new is available at the system level, providing visibility into overall chat usage and user engagement.
  • User chat history management
    Users can now manage their own chat history directly from the Q&A panel using the

  • Refreshed UI design
    The Prompts Library and Collections management pages have been updated to the Saffron design system, bringing a consistent, modernised admin experience while retaining all existing functionality.
  • Import/Export CoCo Prompts
    New

    options make it easier to reuse and deploy prompt libraries across HighQ instances.
