How to manage macro replacements in In Out?
This functionality allows you
to register keys
(FROM) and enter the replacement values
(TO) of these keys.Adding a macro replacement from/to
- Access the menuInterfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To.
- On theMacro Filter Replacement - FROM / TOscreen, clickAdd
. - According to the definitions, complete the fields on the screenCreate Macro Replacement - FROM / TO:

- #CLASSPATH#:Classpath used in Java to search for JARs.
- #DB_PASS#:Drawback user password.
- #DB_USER#:Drawback user.

- #SAP_OPTIMIZER_MODE#:SAP Integration. Database parameter used in SAP interfaces.
- #TAXIT_USER#:Taxit user.
- #WEBSERVICE_MEX#:Indicates whether the interface should search Taxit for the information that will be recorded in the In Out tables.
- ClickSave.
Editing a macro replacement from/to
- Access the menuInterfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To.
- In theMacro Replacement - FROM / TO Filterscreen table, click theEdit
button for the record whose information will be updated.To view or delete a record, click theView
and Delete
buttons, respectively. - On theMacro Replacement - FROM / TO Editscreen, change the requiredinformation.
- ClickSave.
Generating a SQL script for macro replacement from/to
- Access the menuInterfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To.
- In theMacro Replacement - FROM / TO Filterscreen table, click the button
for the record whose script is generated.Table data can be organized using theHide Filters
, Show Grouper,
and Show/Hide Columns
buttons. - On theMacro Replacement - FROM / TO Detailsscreen, clickGenerate a SQL Script
. - On theScriptsscreen, clickSave SQL Script.
A SQL file will be generated with the macro script.
Querying a macro replacement from/to change log
- Access the menuInterfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To.
- In theMacro Replacement - FROM / TO Filterscreen table, click the button
for the record whose script is generated.Table data can be organized using theHide Filters
, Show Grouper,
and Show/Hide Columns
buttons. - On theMacro Replacement - FROM / TO Detailsscreen, clickChange Log
. - On theChange Logscreen, complete the filter fields and clickFilter.
Records of all activities performed by users are displayed in the table.
Exporting logs
You can export the table information to an Excel file. To do so, check the desired records and click
