How to manage macro replacements in In Out?

This functionality allows you
to register keys
 (FROM) and enter the
replacement values
(TO) of these keys.

Adding a macro replacement from/to

  1. Access the menu
    Interfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To
    .
  2. On the
    Macro Filter Replacement - FROM / TO
     screen, click
    Add
     .
  3. According to the definitions, complete the fields on the screen
    Create Macro Replacement - FROM / TO:
    • #CLASSES12#:
       CLASSES12.ZIP path.
    • #CLASSPATH#:
       Classpath used in Java to search for JARs.
    • #DB_PASS#:
       Drawback user password.
    • #DB_USER#:
       Drawback user.
    • #FTP_FILE_EXTENSION_DEL#:
       Extension of files handled via FTP and deleted.
    • #FTP_FILE_EXTENSION_GET#:
       Extension of files to be received from the FTP server.
    • #FTP_FILE_EXTENSION_SEND#:
       Extension of files to be sent to the FTP server.
    • #FTP_HOST#:
       IP or machine name of the FTP server.
    • #FTP_BACKUP_FOLDER_SEND#:
       Local backup folder for files sent to the FTP server.
    • #FTP_LOCAL_FOLDER_DEL#:
       Local folder to delete handled files via FTP.
    • #FTP_LOCAL_FOLDER_GET#:
       Local folder to receive the files from the FTP server.
    • #FTP_LOCAL_FOLDER_SEND#:
       Local folder containing the files to be sent to the FTP server.
    • #FTP_LOGS_FOLDER_DEL#:
       Local folder of files logs handled via FTP and deleted.
    • #FTP_LOGS_FOLDER_GET#:
       Local folder of the files logs received from the FTP server.
    • #FTP_LOGS_FOLDER_SEND#:
       Local folder of the files logs sent to the FTP server.
    • #FTP_REMOTE_FOLDER_DEL#:
       Remote folder to delete handled files via FTP.
    • #FTP_REMOTE_FOLDER_GET#:
       Remote folder to fetch files from the FTP server.
    • #FTP_REMOTE_FOLDER_SEND#:
       Remote folder to receive the files on the FTP server.
    • #FTP_PORT#:
       Port for FTP connection (enter 0 if none).
    • #FTP_PREFIX_FILE_DEL#:
       Prefix of files handled via FTP and deleted.
    • #FTP_PREFIX_FILE_GET#:
       Prefix of files to be received from the FTP server.
    • #FTP_PREFIX_FILE_SEND#:
       Prefix of files to be sent to the FTP server.
    • #FTP_PASSWORD#:
       Password for FTP connection.
    • #FTP_USA_SSH#:
       SSH protocol usage indicator on FTP (SFTP). Allowed values: Y or N.
    • #FTP_USER#:
       User for FTP connection.
    • #INOUT_PASS_DB#:
       In Out user password for connecting Drawback interfaces.
    • #INOUT_USER_DB#:
       In Out user for connecting Drawback interfaces.
    • #INT_XML_JAVA_BIN#:
       Java BIN folder path, including the "\" bar (only populate if Java call error occurs).
    • #INT_XML_JAVA_XMX#:
       Value in megabytes to determine the allocation of Java memory to run the interface in XML.
    • #INT_XML_MATCH_PED_LOCAL_OUT#:
       Standard local folder (Out).
    • #INT_XML_STD_LOCAL_IN#:
       Standard local folder (In).
    • #INT_XML_STD_LOCAL_OUT#:
       Standard local folder (Out).
    • #JAVA_BIN#:
       \BIN directory for Java virtual machine. Example: TXT file generation (SFW_OIF_TXT_GEN_JAVA.BAT).
    • #JAVA_HOME#:
       Java JDK path.
    • #OJDBC14#:
       Oracle JDBC driver path.
    • #SAP_DIR_BACKUP#:
       SAP Integration. This variable is used to define the directory which will be placed the backup files (TXT). [sic] The path is relative to the InOut directory (#IDENT#INTERFACES).
    • #SAP_DIR_SPOOL#:
       SAP Integration. This variable is used to define the directory which will be placed the output files (TXT). [sic] The path is relative to the InOut directory (#IDENT#INTERFACES).
    • #SAP_EXEC_TXT#:
       SAP Integration. This variable is used to set outbound interface to generate flat files (TXT) or to send data to SAP via RFC. Mark X to generate flat files or leave it blank to send via RFC.
    • #SAP_NLS_LANG#:
       SAP Integration. Database parameter used in SAP interfaces.
    • #SAP_OPTIMIZER_MODE#:
       SAP Integration. Database parameter used in SAP interfaces.
    • #TAXIT_USER#:
       Taxit user.
    • #WEBSERVICE_MEX#:
       Indicates whether the interface should search Taxit for the information that will be recorded in the In Out tables.
  4. Click
    Save
    .

Editing a macro replacement from/to

  1. Access the menu
    Interfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To
    .
  2. In the
    Macro Replacement - FROM / TO Filter
     screen table, click the
    Edit
     button for the record whose information will be updated.
    To view or delete a record, click the
    View
     and
    Delete
     buttons, respectively.
  3. On the
    Macro Replacement - FROM / TO Edit
     screen, change the required
    information
    .
  4. Click
    Save
    .

Generating a SQL script for macro replacement from/to

  1. Access the menu
    Interfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To
    .
  2. In the
    Macro Replacement - FROM / TO Filter
     screen table, click the button for the record whose script is generated.
    Table data can be organized using the
    Hide Filters
     ,
    Show Grouper
     , and
    Show/Hide Columns
    buttons.
  3. On the
    Macro Replacement - FROM / TO Details
     screen, click
    Generate a SQL Script
    .
  4. On the
    Scripts
     screen, click
    Save SQL Script
    .
A SQL file will be generated with the macro script.

Querying a macro replacement from/to change log

  1. Access the menu
    Interfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To
    .
  2. In the
    Macro Replacement - FROM / TO Filter
     screen table, click the button for the record whose script is generated.
    Table data can be organized using the
    Hide Filters
     ,
    Show Grouper
     , and
    Show/Hide Columns
    buttons.
  3. On the
    Macro Replacement - FROM / TO Details
     screen, click
    Change Log
     .
  4. On the
    Change Log
     screen, complete the filter fields and click
    Filter
    .
Records of all activities performed by users are displayed in the table.
Exporting logs
You can export the table information to an Excel file. To do so, check the desired records and click
Export:

To export data from all rows in the table, this marking is not required.

Exporting macro replacements from/to

  1. Access the menu
    Interfaces > Interface Structure > Macro Replacement From/To
    .
  2. On the
    Macro Replacement - FROM / TO Filter
     screen, select the macros you want to export.
    To export data from all rows in the table, this marking is not required.
    Table data can be organized using the
    Hide Filters
     ,
    Show Grouper
     , and
    Show/Hide Columns
    buttons.
  3. Click
    Export
