Track a shipment

Access tracking information for customer shipments and transport legs.
Do the following to track a shipment:
  1. Select 1of the following options:
    • From the TMS menu
      : Select
      Execute
      Track shipment
      to open the shipment list.
    • From a specific customer shipment in TMS
      : Select
      Track customer shipment
      to jump directly to that shipment's tracking page.
  2. When the shipment list opens, search for the CS or TS.
  3. Select
    Track
    to open the tracking page.
  4. Select
    Details
    to see more shipment data.
    note
    Only shipments updated in TMS after creation appear in tracking.
The tracking page opens and shows the current shipment status, transport legs, and event timeline.
