Troubleshoot more than 1 Form 1099 printing for each vendor

Follow these steps to troubleshoot if more than 1 Form 1099 is printing for each vendor.

Vendors

  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Vendors
    , then the
    1099 Properties
    tab
  2. Make sure that the
    One Form per Transaction
    checkbox is cleared.

Transactions

  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Enter Transactions
    .
  2. Select a transaction with 1099 distributions.
  3. Select Options next to the 1099 distribution. Make sure that the
    One 1099 per transaction
    checkbox is cleared.
