Troubleshoot transaction amounts not displaying on Form 1099

Follow these steps if amounts from the transactions you entered aren't displaying on Form 1099.
  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Enter Transactions
    .
  2. Select a transaction for the vendor.
  3. Verify that either the
    Handwritten / Check #
    checkbox is marked, or that the transaction displays a status of
    Printed
    .
  4. Make sure the transaction date is in the same year as the 1099.
  5. Select the
    Distributions
    tab in the Transaction Detail section. Make sure a 1099 form and box are selected in the 1099 column.
