e-File error: Unable to add the file, contact person name, phone, or email is missing

Unable to add the file for [client ID]. The following are either missing or incorrect: Contact Person Name, Contact Person Phone, Contact Person Email.
You'll get this when the staff member selected as the contact is either not selected or doesn't have their email or phone number listed.

Solution

On the
Process Electronic Forms
screen, select
Transmission Information
and then make sure a staff member is selected in the
File Contact
field.
If you still get this error, go to the
Staff
screen and make sure the staff's email address and phone number are entered.
