Thomson Reuters Account sign in experience coming soon on November 18

A simplified sign-in experience is now available through the Thomson Reuters Account. It provides all users, including staff and clients, single sign-on access to Thomson Reuters applications utilizing 1 email and password.
Two-factor authentication is now required for all users, both staff and clients, to check your identity and help make sure your account is not compromised. It adds another layer of protection, so your account safety relies on more than a simple password.
For more information including steps that should be taken before the migration, information about changing password policies, and other frequently asked questions, visit the following Help and Support article.

Issues resolved

  • Grouping by a column in the engagement dashboard or changing the sort order of columns is now saving as a user preference.
  • When adding an account and choosing an account grouping, the grouping properly assigns to the account.
  • Added a necessary scroll bar in the new notifications drawer.
  • When signing out of the application under the new TR accounts process, you will be returned to the AdvanceFlow sign-in screen instead of to a Thomson Reuters account sign-in screen.
