Working for you

Last release, we removed the "Was this helpful" question. Now, we've added a new way for you to provide feedback that also gives us better aggregate reporting on how we can improve Help and Support.

Form and e-file approval status in UltraTax CS

We added logic so that when the release date passes for a particular form, we show the status as "Released". This gives you a better real-time status of forms because you don't have to wait for us to update the status manually.

Readability enhancements

  • We fixed word wrapping in tables when viewing on a small screen so it's easier to read.
  • We fixed the "Chat now" button that was overlapping the navigation options on small screens.
  • We fixed a display issue where the language selection menu was oddly overlapping the heading banner.
  • In the file download and alerts and notices micro experiences, the table headers were showing on top of the menu options from the heading banner.
  • We fixed several display issues in the browse micro experience and the "Recommended for you" section on the product landing pages.

Article page enhancements

  • We applied Saffron styling to pages with the left side table of contents.

    Saffron's a system of design standards and reusable elements to help us build user experiences that look, feel, and behave more consistently. This helps Thomson Reuters look unified across our digital experiences and products.
  • We added the ability to link to website pages and PDFs in the "Related content" area, and the pages that are collections of links. Previously this was limited to in-line links within the body of an article.

Findability enhancements

We updated the version of the search engine to make sure that you can find what you're looking for with the most ease.
