File Download micro experience

We made several improvements to the micro experience that contains a dynamic table.
  • We added the ability to filter by certain columns, so you can search for key words in another part of the table and further refine the results by using a filter in another column.
  • We now limit the number of characters that can display in a cell by default, so the rows don't get really tall and take up all the space on the page. You can select "show more" to display the full contents of the cell.
  • We fixed a display issue with the icons in the table header row so they all line up.
  • We fixed an issue with the search box where you could get into a situation where you couldn't do anything unless you refreshed the page.

Findability enhancements

We added the ability to have links to webpages outside of Help and Support and PDFs in the related content section, so you don't have to use the search or browse features to get to relevant content.

In-product experience (IPX)

We fixed some issues with the IPX for Legal Tracker. We're working with the product team to release IPX soon.
We built IPX for the Accounting CS platform. We're working with the product team to release the IPX in the application later this year.

Analytics enhancements

We turned on "real-user monitoriing" in our reporting tool so we can identify, diagnose, and address issues faster.
