Change address in the self-service portal, My Account

Follow these steps to change an address in My Account. If the header on your page isn't

, go to the update self-service portal instructions.
  1. Sign into My Account.
  2. Select
    Edit Address
    from the account header.
  3. Select the account and select
  4. Enter the requested changes and select
    The address change will be forwarded to Customer Service to review and process. The updates won't be reflected immediately on the site.
    You can also change your address with our automated chat service or by submitting a request using a web form.
