Max is a Senior Attorney Editor for Thomson Reuters. He works on the KeyRules team, ensuring KeyRules volumes are up to date. He also helps maintain the formatting rules for the Drafting Assistant application. Prior to becoming an editor, Max was a Reference Attorney, and practiced commercial law with a small firm in Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan for both Undergraduate and Law School.
