Export Control Number (ECN) / Munitions List (ML)

The ONESOURCE Global Trade Management ECN/Dual Use Content module provides access to export control lists for countries around the globe. These lists are monitored and checked on a daily basis. Some of these regulations include:

Once logged in, click the Content
menu to see a list of available options. To choose a menu item, place the cursor over an option and click.

Depending on which ONESOURCE: Global Trade Content modules are included in your company’s subscription, some or all of the following screens may be available from the Content
menu. This will vary by client company, as each business has its own specific needs.

Screens	Description
ECN/Dual Use List (Quick Lookup)	Searches for an exact ECN Number within a specific Export Controls Lists (e.g. Munitions Lists, Dual Use Lists) on a single, mobile-friendly page.
ECN/Dual Use List Query	Search capabilities for multiple ECN or ML numbers on Export Control Lists (e.g. Munitions Lists, Dual Use Lists). Queries can be customized to display certain data (e.g. HS Numbers, control reasons, license exceptions).
ECN/Dual Use List	Searches Export Control Lists (e.g. Munitions Lists, Dual Use Lists) in a hierarchical format.
ECN Regulation List Updates	Displays a list of all Export Control Lists the user has subscribed to, and the last ten (10) times each list updated.
