Catherine M. Woods is a member of the Network of Experts of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime.
She has more than 20 years of experience in senior and specialist roles across global banks, fintech, and crypto, focusing on financial intelligence and public-private partnerships. Currently based in Washington, DC, Woods is also a 2026 Non-Resident Fellow with the Irregular Warfare Initiative, a 501(c)3 that’s partnered with Princeton’s Empirical Studies of Conflict Project and the Modern War Institute at West Point.
