Kellye Y. Testy is the executive director and chief executive officer of the Association of American Law Schools, a position she’s held since 2024. She’s a former president and chief executive of the Law School Admission Council, where she led the organization’s digital transformation and expanded access to legal education for talented individuals from all backgrounds.
Earlier in her career, she served as dean of the law schools at both the University of Washington and Seattle University. She was recently honored as the most influential person in legal education by National Jurist and teaches, writes, and provides consulting and coaching services in law and leadership.
