Tom Martin is a generative AI (GenAI) author, professor, philosopher, coder, lawyer, and sought-after speaker. He is also the CEO and founder of LawDroid, a pioneering GenAI legal technology company; Principal of Deep Legal, a legal AI transformation consultancy; and Co-founder of the Academy of Legal Innovation, which yearly hosts the American Legal Technology Awards.
He teaches GenAI as an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School and has written the textbook on the subject, Generative AI and the Delivery of Legal Services, that has been adopted by law schools and law professors nationwide. He also is author of the forthcoming book, AI with Purpose: A Strategic Blueprint for Legal Transformation (Globe Law and Business).
Tom is at the forefront of transforming the legal industry and has been recognized as an ABA Legal Rebel and Fastcase 50 Honoree. He also has been appointed by the President of the American Bar Association to the Center for Innovation Governing Council.
