Rio Miner is the founder and CEO of FCI Tradecraft, a FinCrime Skills and Fractional Training company that’s focused on equipping veterans and public servants. He began his career in the field as many do, accidentally. In 2000, as a new Army Lieutenant, Rio was assigned a check fraud investigation that sparked a lifelong interest. Since leaving the service, he has conducted, led, and taught FinCrime for all lines of defense at financial institutions both large and small.
