- Analyze merger control filing requirements: Streamline regulatory compliance in M&A transactions. Analyze deal information against Practical Law’s global content to identify potential risks and requirements, generate automated filing checklists, and provide actionable insights.
- Find a Practical Law Document: Leverage Practical Law standard documents right in CoCounsel to kick off your workflows.
