Watch for traffick media campaign toolkit

Print and digital resources for high impact ads across multiple mediums with materials for grassroots outreach to raise awareness at scale of human trafficking in your city

Raise awareness in your city about human trafficking and its different forms including labor in different industries and venues with the Watch for Traffick Media Campaign Toolkit. It contains socially conscious images and messaging that aims to raise awareness of trafficking, its indicators, and to help residents actively recognize and report suspected activity to the National Human Trafficking Hotline in the U.S.

The City of Houston Mayor’s Office of Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence developed and implemented this toolkit by leveraging paid media placements to saturate the market with awareness messaging contributing to an 80% increase in calls and a 61% increase in cases to the National Human Trafficking Hotline. The toolkit’s contents can be featured on television, radio, billboards, taxis and buses. Additional materials are included to support general and victim outreach. To support your branding efforts, identifying logos in select materials have been removed (in ads designed for billboards, taxis, and buses), though other content is not otherwise alterable.
