Request Management

The ONESOURCE Request Management solution can be configured to work in conjunction with other ONESOURCE solutions (e.g. Global Classification, Export Management, etc.). Request Management can be configured to serve a multitude of functions, including (but not limited to):
  • First Sale (Import Management)
  • Arrival Notice to Customs Broker (Import Management)
  • Requests to Create Export Shipments (Export Management)
  • Supplier/Internal Specification Information (Global Classification)
  • Requests to Customs Brokers (Global Classification)
This feature requires a purchase/subscription.
Request Management will typically be configured as a sub-menu for a subscribed product (e.g. Global Classification, Export Management, etc.).
